Great experience, Dr. Mitchell is extremely knowledgeable, we have a new puppy and he took his time with us, we are very impressed. I high recommend.

The very best vet I’ve been to in 45 years of having dogs. Dr. Mitchell and all the staff are very caring and well trained. The prices are so much more reasonable than other vets. You can get an appointment very quickly. They truly care about the pets and their owners.

Dr. Morel is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions, and genuinely cares, she has been amazing!

They were easy to make an appointment with, on time the day of, exams were easy and fast, and they made sure to update me about the cost throughout the visit. We’ll definitely be back. They have 2 dedicated parking spots, but there is plenty of parking. There are handicapped stalls throughout the area, it’s a strip mall next to a Kroger.

The office was clean and didn’t have that stereotypical hospital smell, which was nice. They got me in super quick - no wait at all - and were friendly and clearly cared about my kitties! The staff was super informative throughout the visit!

Finding Dr. Morel & this staff was a total godsend during my time in McKinney. At first I thought it was too good to be true since the booking, check-in and overall appointment logistics were so easy and seamless, but that carried through with the level of care for my pittie mix. Dr. Morel has fantastic bedside manner. She’s empathetic and understanding yet knowledgeable and always willing to break things down so you walk away truly understanding all the ins & outs of the situation with your pet. I truly feel like she & the staff care about my pup Frankie and always have his best interest at heart. Thank y’all so much for all you do 🙏🏻

They were amazing! Me and my husband were struggling financially because our male 4 month old puppy has recently been having digestive issues causing nausea and bright red blood mixed in runny poop, and swollen stomach and we couldn't afford x rays, labs, and extensive testing at this time. Low income and spent what we had for his neutering and wellness care in the past few weeks; he gets the neuter in may though with TCAP seperately and the puppy series shots. We use easy vet for emergencies or things that tcap doesnt provide wellness wise. He is prone to swallowing and chewing things he shouldn't. He tries to pick stuff up outside when we walk him and when we catch him and try to pull it away or command him to drop it he sometimes swallow things down super fast. He does it a bit to much and craves non edible things and we were worried about him. They helped us with an exam, told us store bought dietary things he could use like pumpkin puree, pedialyte, karo oil, fiber supplement, bone broth, and probiotics until he recovers. They also gave us near expired medicine that he could use thats still safe and that would help him with nausea and treat any parasites for free because we couldn't afford everything extra at this time and they no longer could use it. If he doesnt fully recover with that we will get him back in here for blood testing at a later date when we can afford to. This location is great. We plan on taking our dog and cats here for stuff beyond the wellness tcap offers in the future once we get them on pet insurance to help us with vet bills
